I love that I can do all the workouts at home. The length of time it takes to complete the workouts is perfect for me. I’m not a morning person at all, so I usually do the workout during lunch. I’ve always been intimidated stepping into a gym because I never knew where to start. The short video instructions for each exercise have been super helpful.
